In accordance with Art. 13 DS-GVO of the German Data Protection Act, this data protection statement informs you about the manner and background of the processing of your personal data via the website yana-pana.de (hereinafter „website“) and about the rights to which you are entitled.

Personal data

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. These are therefore not only your name, your e-mail address or your contact details, but also, for example, the IP address via which you may visit our website for purely informational purposes.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your rights

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis the data controller:

  1. right of access
    You may request confirmation from the responsible person as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us.

You also have the right to request information on whether personal data concerning you is transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. In this context, you may request to be informed about the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR in connection with the transfer.

  1. right of rectification
    You have a right to rectification and/or completion vis-à-vis the controller if the personal data processed concerning you are inaccurate or incomplete. The controller must make the rectification without undue delay.
  2. right to erasure
    You have the right to have this data deleted at any time. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given above.

The right to erasure does not exist insofar as the processing is necessary
to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
(a) for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
for reasons of public interest in the area of public health pursuant to Art. 9(2)(h) and (i) and Art. 9(3) DSGVO;
(b) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89(1) DSGVO, insofar as the right referred to in section a) is likely to render impossible or seriously prejudice the achievement of the purposes of such processing; or
(c) for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Furthermore, the right to restriction of processing, the right to information, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law apply.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority or the data protection supervisory authority (§§ 42 ff. KDG) about the processing of your personal data.

Contact/booking enquiries

In the case of enquiries via our contact or booking form, we process the personal data voluntarily provided by you exclusively for the purpose of processing your enquiry, answering it or contacting you. The data accruing in this context will be deleted after processing has been completed, unless there are legal or other obligations to retain the data. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO or § 6 para. 1 lit. c KDG.
